Eva Krichmayr completed her education as attorney at law at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte GmbH (bar exam 2004).
Eva Krichmayr has been advising companies and executives on all aspects of employment law for more than two decades. Her practice focuses on advising on restructuring measures, working time organization and international personnel deployment, including immigration law. Eva Krichmayr has many years of experience as a litigation lawyer and in negotiating extrajudicial settlements.
Eva Krichmayr began her professional career in 2000 as a lawyer at the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs.
From 2001 to 2016, she worked in the employment law team at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte GmbH, first as an associate and then as an attorney at law.
From 2016 to 2019, Eva Krichmayr held a management position in a media group (Head of HR & Legal), where she was able to expand her expertise and understanding of internal company processes and perspectives.
Eva Krichmayr was able to expand her consulting experience from 2019 to 2024 in the law firm of a Big Four company, PwC Legal, as an attorney at law (Director). Among other things, she headed the immigration department and worked on complex cross-border projects, taking into account the tax and social security law framework.
In April 2024, Eva Krichmayr founded the law firm Krichmayr Tinhofer Rechtsanwälte together with Andreas Tinhofer.
Eva Krichmayr is a member of the Vienna Bar Association.
Eva Krichmayr has been teaching and lecturing since the beginning of her professional career. She has taught at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Danube University Krems as well as at several universities of applied sciences as an external lecturer in the field of employment and social law. She regularly lectures in seminars on various specialized areas of employment law.
